If you aren't sure if using the services of a therapist could assisted you, please take a few minutes to answer one or both of the questionnaires provided. There are two general questionnaires available to help you assess your possible need. These questionnaires can help you in your decision to seek the services of a therapist, either for individual therapy or taking part in a women's group.
Please note: It is very important to be completely honest with yourself. Remember, no one else needs to know your answers. These questionnaires are to be used as a tool in helping you decide if you'd benefit by employing the services of a therapist; they are best used if you are completely honest with yourself.
